eCommerce Customer Support Representative

Searching for an eCommerce Customer Support Representative to ensure that customers can effectively use the client's store and that orders and shipments successfully reach the appropriate destinations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and disposition of problem orders submitted by fulfillment vendors
  • Managing the approval of End Use Certifications EUCs
  • Approving sample and paid orders for the Americas, Canada, and Japan
  • Setup and maintenance of store coupons and gift certificates
  • Assisting with store product sample and buy configuration
  • Working level 2 support requests
  • Resolving problems with orders having import issues in customs
  • Mapping of email domains to store customer segments
  • Working extensively with the following systems: the store Admin Tool, SAP, Product folders, EMSG, STARS
  • Executing test scripts used in validating store enhancements and releases
