In this role the candidate must be able to:

  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly across functional areas.
  • Have the ability to work independently and exhibit proactive behaviors to anticipate needs of the organization
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
  • Support and assist FAB Engineering in performing lot dispositions to support the continuous flow of production to minimize cycle time in a high volume wafer fab.
  • Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicate findings to the FAB engineering staff in a continuous manner.
  • Support FAB and Yield Enhancement engineering with execution of process experiments and participate in data analysis & problem resolution.
  • Support Yield Enhancement Engineering with inspection/review recipe creations, tool qualification and maintenance as needed.
  • Know operation of KLA Stealth, KLA Puma, Camtek Gannet, AMAT SEM, AMAT Complus.
  • Manage and balance various priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple assigned tasks.
  • Investigate, isolate and analyze process and equipment issues that can cause defects.
  • Analyze defect data using SPC and Klarity and be able to appropriately classify defects.
  • Review SPC charts and follow written specifications to properly disposition production lots.
  • Work as a member of the Yield Enhancement Engineering team in conjunction with the RFAB Fab Engineering and Manufacturing organizations.
  • Effectively manage multiple lot and technology issues and help determine best approaches for root cause analyses.
